  • Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Handle bookings, reservations, and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to secure the best rates and arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing special requests.
  • Assist clients with travel-related questions, visa applications, travel insurance, and other related needs.
  • Ensure clients receive all necessary travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and vouchers, in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update client records, booking details, and other relevant information in the company’s database.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage financial transactions related to travel bookings.
  • Assist in preparing travel proposals, marketing materials, and promotional offers.
  • SPM graduates, diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of global travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours during peak travel seasons.
