  • Work closely with the Malaysia General Manager to plan business growth with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Work with assigned clients to create and push the client work to the boundaries of the social and digital space.
  • Cultivate, develop, and maintain long-term relationships, and build trust with clients.
  • Oversee strategic and creative process, allocate and assign resources, and coordinate with data, strategy social and creative teams.
  • Consult with key leads and collaborate with creative, and members to build the best solutions for individual campaigns.
  • Motivate team members to exceed expected goals.
  • Estimate and establish cost parameters, budgets, campaigns, and potential ROI.
  • Supervise account management and strategies.
  • Present reports on account progress, quotas, and goals to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Keep accurate records of campaigns and campaign performance as well as track against project scope.
  • Understand business at a granular level and be able to provide recommendations on how to change and adapt to business needs.
  • Handle day-to-day escalations for all accounts, resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust.
  • Ensure the timely handoff of deliverables to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales quotas.
  • Embody LOKi’s spirit of doing good work and represent the company well to clients.
