As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

What you will do:

  • Utilize Zendesk software to track, manage, and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and implement solutions.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team and contribute to process improvements.
  • Manage and resolve customer disputes, particularly charge disputes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

We expect from you:

  • Work on Site
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer success or customer support role.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage disputes effectively.
  • Grammatically correct in written and verbal both English and Mandarin.
  • This position is on six (6) months contract.
  • Able to start in February/March 2025.
