As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
What you will do:
- Utilize Zendesk software to track, manage, and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and implement solutions.
- Provide regular feedback to the team and contribute to process improvements.
- Manage and resolve customer disputes, particularly charge disputes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
We expect from you:
- Work on Site
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer success or customer support role.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage disputes effectively.
- Grammatically correct in written and verbal both English and Mandarin.
- This position is on six (6) months contract.
- Able to start in February/March 2025.
