What are your roles in your new company?
- Support and meet the administrative needs of our selected consultants in relation to group and general insurance business.
- Develop and maintain a good filing system.
- Liaise with Insurance providers for new quotations, business placement, and related documentation.
- Prepare quotation comparison table for client’s review.
- Sending policy and invoice to client as and when required.
- Follow up on clients’ timely payments to avoid policy interruption.
- Assist in the Policy Servicing.
- Assist consultants with value-added services to clients.

- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, well-organized, meticulous, results-oriented, and a good team player.
- Provide the team with efficient and effective administrative support, including handling enquiries, word processing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Possess a Degree in any field.
- You write and speak English well.
- You can work in Mont Kiara.
- You are computer literate & well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- You are a quick learner and able to adapt to changing environments.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/support role. (However, if you are a fresh grad and think you can handle the job scope, do apply. We love to hear from you)
- You are a Malaysian citizen.
- Experience in Group & General Insurance industry is a valuable advantage.
