As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be involved in the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Search Engine, Social Media, Programmatic Ads, and Email Marketing). You will work closely with the creative team to analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and contribute to achieving our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research, ad visuals, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the design team & marketing communication team to develop visual and content marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Having 1 - 3 years of experience in the digital marketing area, especially on the social media ads placement (META and TikTok) and Google (Adwords, YouTube, or Display Network).
- Proficient in both BM & English are needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with tools to analyze data (Google Sheets) and presentation (Google Slides or Canva) is preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager) is a plus.
