We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and recurring sales from existing clients. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring repeat business.

Your key responsibilities include:
Handling inbound sales inquiries from potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms
Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Preparing and presenting sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
Maintaining an updated sales pipeline and CRM to track progress

1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in B2B)
️ Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively
️ Ability to build and maintain client relationships for long-term partnerships
️ Experience in handling inbound leads and recurring sales is a plus
️ Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to meet monthly sales targets
️ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot) is an advantage

Hard/Software Skills Required

1️⃣ CRM Software – Experience with CRM tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar for managing sales pipelines and client data.

2️⃣ Sales & Lead Management – Understanding of B2B inbound sales processes, recurring client management, and upselling strategies.

3️⃣ Event Coordination Tools – Familiarity with event planning software such as Trello, Asana, or Excel for scheduling and logistics tracking.

4️⃣ Quotation & Proposal Writing – Ability to create and manage sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements in Google Docs, Word, or PowerPoint.

5️⃣ Presentation & Pitching – Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva to prepare client presentations and sales decks.

6️⃣ Communication Tools – Comfortable using Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp Business for internal and client communication.

7️⃣ Email & Marketing CRM – Experience with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar for email outreach and follow-up automation.

8️⃣ Basic Financial Understanding – Ability to handle pricing structures, invoicing, and cost estimation using Excel or accounting software like Xero/QuickBooks.

9️⃣ Data & Analytics – Comfortable using Google Analytics, HubSpot Reports, or Excel to track sales performance and client engagement.

Digital & Event Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of social media marketing, digital activations, and experiential event planning is a plus.
