1. Recruitment- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews to offer acceptance.
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough and insightful interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Documentation and Onboarding- Prepare and manage employment-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and personal files.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation and introducing company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
3. Ad-Hoc Tasks
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of working experiences in related field needed.
- Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eager to learn and grow within the HR function.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experienced in Food and Beverage industry is an advantage.
