1.Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field;
2.Proficient in English Malay and Mandarin Chinese;
3.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
4.Previous call center experience is an advantage;
5.Strong computer skills (basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
