- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Develop strategies for content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize for improved results.
Social Media Marketing:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports on growth and performance.
Content Creation and Strategy:
- Work with the content team to develop blog posts, infographics, videos, and other types of content that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and is aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s website, ensuring IT is up-to-date with the latest content and information.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing tools to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Provide regular reports to management on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for improving digital marketing effectiveness based on data and performance metrics.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
