  • Process sales orders thru accounting system
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Check all delivery documents are signed by customers and all invoicing documents are completed
  • Submit pricing claim to the related parties
  • Perform stock count activities and update the report
  • Contact Sales Person to obtain missing information or answer enquiries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department for the delivery status
  • Manage phone calls, email, organizing files and administrative tasks
  • Submit timely reports and prepare report as assigned
  • Able to speak in Mandarin
  • At least SPM, Diploma or fresh graduate
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Coordinator
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Honest, responsible, reliable, pleasant and presentable
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and office management software (SQL etc.)
