- Process sales orders thru accounting system
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Check all delivery documents are signed by customers and all invoicing documents are completed
- Submit pricing claim to the related parties
- Perform stock count activities and update the report
- Contact Sales Person to obtain missing information or answer enquiries
- Liaise with the Logistics department for the delivery status
- Manage phone calls, email, organizing files and administrative tasks
- Submit timely reports and prepare report as assigned
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- At least SPM, Diploma or fresh graduate
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Coordinator
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Honest, responsible, reliable, pleasant and presentable
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and office management software (SQL etc.)
