Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication & Support: Handle inquiries via phone, WeChat, WhatsApp, and other channels, providing professional service and advice.
  • Appointment Management: Assist customers with scheduling or rescheduling chiropractic appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reception & Guidance: Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming service experience.
  • Record-Keeping & Follow-Ups: Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on client needs as necessary.
  • Handling Customer Feedback: Listen to and collect customer feedback, relaying IT to the team for service improvements.
  • Basic Administrative Tasks: Assist with documentation, data entry, and other office support duties.
  • Job Requirements:

    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written). Proficiency in English or Cantonese is a plus.
    • Communication Skills: Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented approach, with patience in resolving inquiries.
    • Teamwork: Responsible and able to collaborate closely with the team to enhance customer experience.
    • Organizational Skills: Efficient in managing appointments, maintaining records, and handling multiple tasks.
    • Basic Computer Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and social media platforms.
