  • Provide excellent online and offline customer service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, after-sales service, and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Actively follow up on customer issues and effectively handle handovers when colleagues are on vacation.
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
  • Responsible for regular output of improvement and optimization suggestions from customer management and user experience perspectives.

  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess communication skills to interact with people all levels.
  • 5 working days per week.
  • Shift system, Working including weekends and public holidays
  • Overtime, Weekend and Public Holiday work is acceptable
