Department Oversight
- Supervise and oversee all functions within the Operations department, including Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure alignment of departmental activities with company objectives and operational efficiency.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop, implement, and update SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high standards across all units.
- Train team members on SOPs and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
Performance Monitoring
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team within the Operations department.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, adjusting as necessary to maintain high service quality.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with departments like Sales & Marketing and Administration to support cohesive operational practices that align with company goals.
- Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation
- Manage the operational budget for repairs, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Optimize resource allocation to balance quality and service standards within budget constraints.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Must have hotel management experience
