Department Oversight

  • Supervise and oversee all functions within the Operations department, including Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams.
  • Ensure alignment of departmental activities with company objectives and operational efficiency.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Develop, implement, and update SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high standards across all units.
  • Train team members on SOPs and ensure adherence to established guidelines.

Performance Monitoring

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team within the Operations department.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, adjusting as necessary to maintain high service quality.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with departments like Sales & Marketing and Administration to support cohesive operational practices that align with company goals.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation

  • Manage the operational budget for repairs, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Optimize resource allocation to balance quality and service standards within budget constraints.
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Must have hotel management experience
