- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes and sales compensation structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience in using reporting tools such as Power BI for analysis.
