  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Proven experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes and sales compensation structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Experience in using reporting tools such as Power BI for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce CRM Management:
  • Support sales operations team within the company on queries and issues related to Salesforce CRM processes and reporting.
  • Conduct weekly sales report analysis, forecasting and planning.
  • Sales Compensation Support:
  • Level 1 support for all achievements or revenue targets related queries from sales teams.
  • Provide supplementary support to countries for developing or modifying sales compensation structures, sharing best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the Regional Sales Compensation Manager in tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Document new SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and update training materials as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster strong relationships across teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in regular sync meetings to review adoption performance and identify levers/challenges for business opportunities.
  • Engage with regional and country stakeholders to align on key topics and ensure cohesive planning and execution across regions.
