Job Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Assist in organizing, maintaining, and archiving company documents, ensuring they are easily accessible for all team members.
  • Data Entry & Filing: Accurately input data into various systems and ensure proper filing of physical and digital records.
  • Correspondence Handling: Assist with drafting, and sending correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
  • Reporting: Prepare and update regular reports and documents for management and team use.
  • Communication Support: Assist with communication between departments and ensure smooth interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, organizing meetings, and assisting in other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Document Submission to Authorities: Submit documents to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and deadlines. Follow up to ensure timely processing.
  • Verification with Authorities: Verify information with authorities as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents or application status. Act as a liaison between customers and authorities to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  • Customer Visa Collection: Coordinate and accompany customers to collect their visas from the authority, ensuring smooth completion of the process.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma level.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, and English (both spoken and written).
  • Personality: Outgoing, positive, and able to communicate well with others.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other documentation tools.
    • Basic understanding of office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in a company that assists with MM2H license applications is added advantage
