  • Responsible for administration and follow through business processing of the Company projects.
  • To prepare/compile weekly status reports of documents submitted by merchants for easy retrieval and future reference whenever is required.
  • Maintaining the database and system functions, manage the documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing good.
  • Assist in liaising with merchants for necessary documents and/or required materials when necessary.
  • Coordinate A&P materials from our clients and merchants, to compile merchants’ logo, image and other documents for easy retrieval and future reference.
  • Coordinate with the courier company to ensure safe and punctual delivery of POSM for the various projects.
  • Handling incoming calls and performing general administration duties.
  • To perform any ad-hoc duties as required.
