Recruitment – Interview & Selection

  • Develop a job description based on the requirement, preparing job advertisement, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract talents.
  • Conduct and lead effective group hiring and achieving the hiring targets.
  • Manage and drive the internship programs.

General Human Resources responsibilities

  • Prepare on-boarding procedures for new employees i.e. name card, stationeries, door access registration and other related.
  • Manage and administer exit process for resigning employees (ie. Conduct exit interview, issue letter, conduct exit clearance, etc).
  • Support and assist in managing employees’ work performance, attendance and disciplinary/misconduct cases including issuance of related letters.
  • Actively involved in employee engagement activities by organizing events for staffs.
  • Keep up-to-date with all employment laws and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in enhancement and improvement in various HR processes, policies and system.
  • To perform any tasks assigned by the management.
  • Education: Possess at least a recognized Degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience as Human Resource Generalist.
  • Skills:
    • Good knowledge of local Employment Act & Industrial Relation regulations.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    • Dealing effectively with all levels of staffs.
    • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
    • Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
