Assist in site inspections, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Learn and apply health and safety legislation and guidelines.Support construction personnel in implementing safety protocols.Contribute to the development and delivery of safety training programs.Assist in accident investigations and make recommendations for prevention.Review project plans for safety risks and suggest mitigation measures.Help develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.Collaborate with other professionals to share best practices.Maintain accurate records of safety activities, incidents, and training. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or related field.Knowledge of construction industry health and safety regulations.Attention to detail and hazard identification skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and promote a safety culture.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Adaptability and multitasking skills.
