Inventory Management:

  • Record and track inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Update inventory records in the system and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or missing stock to the supervisor.

    Stock Handling & Storage:

    • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to company procedures.
    • Label and arrange stock in designated storage areas.
    • Ensure materials are handled properly to prevent damage or loss.

      Coordination & Documentation:

      • Prepare inventory reports for management review.
      • Work closely with purchasing, sales, and production teams to coordinate stock availability.
      • Assist in generating stock requisitions and issue materials to relevant departments.
      • Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions.

        System & Compliance:

        • Use inventory management software to record transactions and generate reports.
        • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
        • Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock and suggest actions for disposal or reallocation.

  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Diploma in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (ERP systems preferred).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Good communication and coordination skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
