Senior Sales Associate - Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring their shopping needs are met
  • Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long-term relationship with customers
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive initiatives that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store, ensuring IT is always inviting and well-organized
  • Support the visual merchandising team by maintaining appealing and organized displays that align with brand guidelines
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock products as necessary, and assist in stock audits
  • Monitor RIS constantly to understand sales and make appropriate placement adjustment based on the sales

    Assistant Shop Manager - Job Responsibilities:

    • To achieve or exceed company’s business targets, have clear understanding of brand’s ratio and make appropriate suggestion and adjustments to enhance the overall store sales growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement appropriate action plans to achieve sales targets
    • Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching and developing the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
    • Responsible for managing shop daily documents processing (personnel issues, shop maintenance and other matters)
    • Appropriately allocate manpower in order to achieve maximum efficiency based to the event prioritization and flexibility to make appropriate arrangements
    • Understand the operation flow of the shop and make appropriate suggestions to DSM to improve its efficiency
    • Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock discrepancies
    • Directly responsible for the execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise
    • Maintain neat and tidy appearance for employees and windowed merchandise to attract customers

      Job Requirements:

      • Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
      • Possesses experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
      • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
      • A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals
      • Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays

Primary Purpose and Function:

Responsible for daily operation of the store’s surveillance, operate efficiently by following company guidelines on visual merchandising, services and business to achieve company’s services and business standards. Strengthen teamwork and enhance the working atmosphere between colleagues to achieve optimal operational efficiency.
