- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs.
- Analyze data, communicate with officers, and maintain records.
- Monitor product quality, collecting and compiling statistical quality data.
- Assist in documenting company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Communicate management-level initiatives and expectations.
- Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Investigate non-conforming cases, issue, and implement solutions.
- Verify that all equipment is calibrated correctly.
- Monitor the use of equipment to ensure safety and discard any product or raw material that does not meet requirements.
- Train and assist other inspectors with their duties, as needed.
- Determine the causes of product defects and reworks.
- Review products and raw materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company requirements.
- Accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production team.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following 5S guidelines.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the company.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or quality control field.
- Education in minimum SPM Level, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Experience working with measuring tools such as calliper, VMS, Gauge tools is a must and others.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, callipers and computers knowledge.
- Need fluent in Bahasa English and Bahasa Mandarin.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
