- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and be accountable for results
- Willing to learn new products, industry knowledge, and adapt quickly to market changes
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiar with the sales process, including client development, needs analysis, solution provision, and follow-up
- Understand market trends and customer needs, capable of exploring new markets
- Good at establishing and maintaining customer relationships, able to interact well with clients
- Good communication skills in team collaboration
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Able to respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
