Looking for Fluent English & Mandarin speaking Customer Service for Singapore & Hong Kong Market

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Strong IT and Troubleshooting Skills
  • Possess Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task and work Independently in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Self-Motivated & Independent, Customer-Oriented with Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Quick Learner, and Good Team Player.
  • Phenomenal Communication, Presentation and Public Speaking Skills.
  • Able to speak both fluent Mandarin and English.
  • Able to work in a Fast-Paced Environment and Handle Difficult Customers.

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
