  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Ensure the proper management of procurement department operations
  • Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
  • Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices
  • Ensure the proper processing of assigned customer order
  • Monitor purchasing & warehouse management
  • Understand every model – carton artwork requirement from Marketing Team
  • Communicate closely with Research & Development team when the new model product items supplied
  • Handle & create all suppliers PO for Export sales
  • Release all supplier Purchase Order as shipment tracker
  • Monitoring of supplier process, ensure supplier delivery as schedule
  • Arrange & planning hardware material listing to store – to supply hardware for supplier packing purpose
  • Monitor prompt delivery from packing supplier
  • Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers
  • Ensure the timely of quality products at the lowest possible cost
  • Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices and quantity of supplies
  • Responsible for planning & directing material supply & reduce cost with improve quality
  • Ensure all stock quantity are tally up with Store actual quantity & system
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible and able to work within dateline
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
  • Preferably knowledge of auto count system
  • Preferably Chinese
  • Familiar with Wood Industries
