Support Business Development Director:

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects, partners, and clients.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations to support the Business Development Director.
  • Assist drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other documentations as required.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by acting as the main point of contact for queries, updates, and follow ups.
    • Communicate new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration through out all channel.
    • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs by providing consultation and advice on our products and services. and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
    • Follow up with potential leads and prospects, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.

      Market Research & Lead Generation:

      • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
      • Generate and qualify leads using online research, industry networks, and referrals.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential clients.
      • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and explore business prospects.

        Sales Support

        • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
        • Prepare and send out quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients.
        • Track and report sales performance, analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.

          Reporting & analytics:

          • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and sales performance.
          • Provide insights into the success of ongoing projects and suggest areas for improvement.
          • Assist in analyzing business trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (experience in the creative industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client requirements.
  • Passion for the creative industry and visual storytelling.
