  • Manage social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Process customer orders in website and social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp and etc)
  • Reply customer enquires promptly and politely
  • Handle customer order cancellation, product return, refund or exchange requests
  • Resolve product problems by handling customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution to IT
  • Good in product information searching
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is required by superior
  • Education Level: SPM and above
  • Computer literate and know basic in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and etc)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin and Malay (both written & spoken)
  • Team player, energetic, able to multitask and work independently
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed (training will be provided)
  • Possess working experience in customer service line, e-commerce or sport industry is an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and attend to customer issues immediately
