  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • To develop, implement, support and maintain the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and supporting the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice, including preparation of documentation (eg: Hazard analysis, SOP, supporting documentations) related to FSMS/HACCP/HALAL/GMP.
  • To develop and implement any new requirement from FSSC 22000, ISO22000, HACCP, HALAL & GMP standards (eg: allergen management, risk analysis etc).
  • Write, implement, review and maintain SOP and other documentation for all sectors.
  • Ensure all records and procedures are keep up-to-date.
  • Schedule and carry out internal & external calibration of measuring devices (Yearly and as and when necessary).
  • Scheduling external laboratory food tests and maintains schedule of testing, ensure no delay on the release of product.
  • Prepares reports, compiles and maintains records on product quality status, and all tests and
  • inspections that have been conducted.
  • Inspection of incoming materials, ensuring requirements are met. Stock takes the balance quantity of materials used monthly.
  • To undertake the monthly Plant Sanitary Inspection and other associated verification activities.
  • To conduct the requisite annual internal audit of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP).
  • To provide assistance during external audits (ie. Regulatory, certification body or customer audits).
  • To support the QA & QC Manager in carrying tasks to ensure that the FSMS is in place.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Proven work experience as a QA Executive or similar role in the food industry at least 1 year.
  • Working knowledge and experience in Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Halal, document control.
  • Computer literate & good team player
  • Hands-on, strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving attitude.
