Job Description
1) Actively seek out and engage potential customers to achieve sales targets.
2) Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective and existing clients.
3) Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4) Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
5) Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities.
6) Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
7) Negotiate and close sales deals, addressing client objections effectively.
8) Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activities.
9) Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
10) Manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, confident, and good at convincing customers. Passionate about computers & spare parts. Sales or customer service experience (bonus if IT-related). Able to use WhatsApp Business, Shopee, or other sales systems. Willing to learn and work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of laptops and computers is a plus!
