Job Description:

  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, addressing client objections effectively.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum SPM level
  • Fresh graduate also welcome apply
  • Able speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Friendly, confident, and good at convincing customers.
  • Passionate about computers & accessories.
  • Sales or customer service experience (bonus if IT-related).
  • Able to use WhatsApp Business, Shopee, or other sales systems.
  • Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of laptops and computers is a plus!
