Your duties and responsibilities (include but not limited to) are as follows:

Sales and Revenue Management:

  • Oversee daily sales operations ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct morning briefing to ensure daily sales target is met and maximize appointments.
  • Responsible for ensuring branch hit sales target.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjusting strategies to drive revenue.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
    • Mentor and coach team members in the areas of sales /Clinic SOP/ Grooming as in accordance of Operations SOP

          Marketing and Promotional Activities:

          • Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new leads.

Requirements:

  • This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in customer service, has experience in the aesthetic, beauty or wellness industry, and possesses the leadership skills to inspire a results-oriented team with strong team spirit.
  • The Business Manager will focus on driving revenue, delivering a superior client experience, and fostering a positive, productive workplace.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality industry with a strong, proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Language: Able speak English and Mandarin
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on driving sales. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and build client relationships.
