Sales and Revenue Management:
- Oversee daily sales operations ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct morning briefing to ensure daily sales target is met and maximize appointments.
- Responsible for ensuring branch hit sales target.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjusting strategies to drive revenue.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Mentor and coach team members in the areas of sales /Clinic SOP/ Grooming as in accordance of Operations SOP

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality industry with a strong, proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Language: Able speak English and Mandarin
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on driving sales. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and build client relationships.
