Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Funding Supervisor to lead our Funding Operations team. In this position, you will manage the entire KL office operations, ensuring smooth transaction processes, optimizing workflows, and addressing escalations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to improve our clients' trading experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of Funding Operations, ensuring efficient execution across all procedures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for incident resolution and escalations, working with internal teams and partners to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk & Compliance teams to streamline and automate manual processes, boosting operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the KL office team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide continuous training and development to keep the team updated on regulations, technology, and operational best practices.
  • Demonstrate strong reporting skills, ensuring accurate data tracking, analysis, and presentation to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading and motivating teams.
  • Financial Services Background: Minimum 2 years of Operations experience in the CFD industry.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to create frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and align with business goals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex customer escalations while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Management Skills: Experience in overseeing and managing a full office team, ensuring seamless coordination and operations.
  • Reporting Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate, interpret, and present reports for management review.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
