  • You must have at least basic or average knowledge of all car parts components, such as technical name and functionality.
  • You are to answer all sales inquiries promptly and professionally from company cellphone, phone calls or walk in customer by providing the correct parts.
  • Familiar with Vehicle Spare-parts & Accessories in Malaysia market.
  • Understanding all of the products and services offered and explaining to customers confidently about our brand
  • Reply to customer messages and make an appointment for them
  • Actively in Facebook Group/Chats to look for sales.
  • To achieve sales targets as set by the management.
  • Able to demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
  • Able to handle complaint and manage the customers expectations.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required Skill(s): Good Marketing skills, Experience in the automotive retail business, Passionate in sales and marketing, and a Team player.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in automotive sales are encouraged to apply
  • Other sales related experience also welcome to apply.
  • Professional appearance and attitude & excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
