- You are to answer all sales inquiries promptly and professionally from company cellphone, phone calls or walk in customer by providing the correct parts.
- Familiar with Vehicle Spare-parts & Accessories in Malaysia market.
- Understanding all of the products and services offered and explaining to customers confidently about our brand
- Reply to customer messages and make an appointment for them
- Actively in Facebook Group/Chats to look for sales.
- To achieve sales targets as set by the management.
- Able to demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Able to handle complaint and manage the customers expectations.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill(s): Good Marketing skills, Experience in the automotive retail business, Passionate in sales and marketing, and a Team player.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in automotive sales are encouraged to apply
- Other sales related experience also welcome to apply.
- Professional appearance and attitude & excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver's license may be required.
