- Provide full support and coordination to assist the sales team in day-to-day sales activities.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), invoices, price lists, and reports for the sales team.
- Handle correspondence with customers via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Follow up and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
- Able to work as a team.
- Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Word (AutoCount is a plus).
