- Responsible for compiling and preparing data, reports and other materials for meetings as assigned following the defined SOP.
- Proof-read reports and summarize information to facilitate superior's review.
- Handle general correspondence pertaining to Consulting Services and Performance Management Systems.
- Monitor clients Software Agreement Terms and expiry to send renewal contract.
- Arrange and confirm schedules and activities in Outlook calendar.
- Accurately maintain databases, organize, and maintain files and records, electronic and physical.
- Follow up pending payment and information from clients.
- Performs other tasks, based on Management requirements and instructions.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Must possess a minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- This is an entry-level position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Able to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.

- Basic salary of RM 2000 to RM 2500
