  • Responsible for compiling and preparing data, reports and other materials for meetings as assigned following the defined SOP.
  • Proof-read reports and summarize information to facilitate superior's review.
  • Handle general correspondence pertaining to Consulting Services and Performance Management Systems.
  • Monitor clients Software Agreement Terms and expiry to send renewal contract.
  • Arrange and confirm schedules and activities in Outlook calendar.
  • Accurately maintain databases, organize, and maintain files and records, electronic and physical.
  • Follow up pending payment and information from clients.
  • Performs other tasks, based on Management requirements and instructions.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Must possess a minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • This is an entry-level position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Positive working attitude and able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
  • Develop a good knowledge of the organization businesses, products and services.
  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to details.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to plan own work and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to accept, understand and follow instructions diligently.
  • Basic salary of RM 2000 to RM 2500
