- Make outbound calls to conduct welcome calls (a short survey regarding customer awareness on their recent purchase of policies)
- And also have to make reminder call 1 year in advance to remind customer regarding their maturity claim and bonus claim, what are the documents required and ask customer submit to branch within the 1 year to ease the process of claim
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Min SPM
- Can speak, read, and listening in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
- Must be willing to work on rotational shifts - 9 hour shift.
- Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
- 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
