You will play an essential role in:-- Responsible for sales and marketing of sanitary wares, tap fittings & other building materials to developers, architects, retailers & contractors.
- Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Source and provide new potential project developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
- Negotiates with principals for the best pricing and other terms in the company's best interest.
- To follow up on delivery, shortage & complaint matters.
- To achieve monthly collection target
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required

What help you excel in this role:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Business Management/Engineering or any related field.
- Independent with great strategic thinking, analytical, planning & presentation skill.
- Competence in commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation skill, and team work.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Candidate with engineering qualification will be an added advantage.
- Good contact with building contractors, developers & architect is a plus.
