  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Allegis Global Solutions is partnering a Global Beauty Leader to recruit for Beauty Advisor/ Senior Beauty Advisor to join the team in managing the Luxury Fragrance or Makeup brand. There are positions based across Kuala Lumpur (including Mid Valley and Pavilion) or Terenggau state.

THE ROLE

Join the world of refined luxury and sophistication as a Beauty Advisor, where we transcend conventional beauty norms. We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled professional to Elevate in-store experience, inspiring connections and build brand loyalty. Tell compelling brand and product stories to engage clients, defining the epitome of customer service and elevating the retail experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expert in the entire fragrance catalogue mainly the luxury mainstream.
  • Master fragrance or makeup customization, personalization and art of gifting.
  • Master of specialized fragrance or makeup vocabulary and expressive in story telling.
  • Capable to perform in person and digital consultation.
  • Elevate and entertain clients creating a unique in-store experience, inspiring connections and loyalty.
  • Encompass key brands’ expertise and the ability to transmit to peers and clients.
  • Strictly adhere to brand’s uniform standards.
  • Face of Fragrance Masterclass, VIP Events in collaboration with Education & Marketing.
  • Coach team on fragrance selling & client engagement to achieve sales objectives.
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving sales goal

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of good track records fragrance experience with luxury beauty brands.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of raw fragrance ingredients & extraction methods.
  • Team player, detail oriented and strong positive mindset.
  • Fragrance or Makeup studies / certification will be a plus.
