Site & Building Security:

  • Ensure security by preventing theft, managing traffic, and responding to alarms.
  • Monitor CCTV, perform spot checks, and maintain safety systems like fire extinguishers and alarm

    Building Maintenance:

    • Work with the Project Manager to inspect and maintain the building’s infrastructure and address preventive maintenance.

      General Maintenance:

      • Oversee all maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, and equipment servicing.
      • Conduct regular inspections and ensure preventive maintenance and inventory control.

        Housekeeping:

        • Ensure cleanliness of all areas, including shops, toilets, car parks, and surrounding areas.
        • Maintain landscaping and manage cleaning schedules and chemical usage.

          Tenant Management:

          • Inspect tenants for compliance with agreements and enforce rules.
          • Build relationships with tenants and handle issues while ensuring company policies are followed.
          • Support tenant participation in S’MART’s membership program.

            Financial Management:

            • Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

              Others:

              • Handle government relations, enforce compliance with policies, and establish emergency response systems.
              • Collaborate with the Marketing Department on promotional events and lead the operations team to meet company goals.

  • Candidates must possess at least a diploma/Degree or higher in any related field studies
  • At least 6 year of working experience in the mall, retail field Industry
  • with minimum 2 years leadership skill
  • To deliver under pressure and meet expected deadlines.
