Site & Building Security:- Ensure security by preventing theft, managing traffic, and responding to alarms.

Building Maintenance:- Work with the Project Manager to inspect and maintain the building’s infrastructure and address preventive maintenance.
General Maintenance:- Oversee all maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, and equipment servicing.

Housekeeping:- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, including shops, toilets, car parks, and surrounding areas.

Others:- Handle government relations, enforce compliance with policies, and establish emergency response systems.
