  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and oversee office maintenance.
  • Assist in Human Resources functions, including new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
  • Involve in online advertising communications with the sales team and account servicing team to assist with ad operation issues.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, preferably in a sizable organization.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or paid advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
