- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and oversee office maintenance.
- Assist in Human Resources functions, including new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Evaluate campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Involve in online advertising communications with the sales team and account servicing team to assist with ad operation issues.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, preferably in a sizable organization.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or paid advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
