  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
  • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
  • Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
  • Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
  • Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
  • Supervise and manage all warehouse workers and ensure adherence to the necessary safety and legal procedures of the working environment and company policies.
  • Timely and accurate completion of inventory movement record updating into system.
  • Maintain all material handling equipment in good working order and good housekeeping o warehouse to ensure workplace safety.
  • Plan and carry out good housekeeping in and around store area.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate, Certificate, Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Supply Chain Management / Logistic & Transportation or equivalent.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin
  • Possess minimum two (2) years of working experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Preferably Senior Tech/Supervisor specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Mature personality, high integrity, responsibility on duties, hardworking and possess good leadership.
  • Basic computer system, understanding and demonstrated ability to use MS Office & MS Excel.
  • Possess knowledge and hands on experience in ISO 9001: 2008 QMS & ISO 14001.
  • 3 month probations period
