Job Description:

Sales and Lead Generation:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various insurance products.
  2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  3. Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
  2. Address customer queries and concerns effectively, providing accurate information about insurance policies.

Target Achievement:

  1. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Ensure high conversion rates from leads to sales.

Compliance and Documentation:

  1. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies during customer interactions.
  2. Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
  3. Ensure timely submission of sales reports and documentation.

Continuous Learning and Development:

  1. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and sales techniques.
  2. Adapt to feedback and improve performance to meet business objectives.
