About the Role
This role will be managing Aonic's Lifestyle eCommerce platforms, including brands like Enabot, Aonic Lifestyle in-house brands, and potential new brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce management and the ability to execute strategies that drive growth across online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- ECommerce Platform Management – Manage Aonic Lifestyle's online stores on Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify, ensuring accurate product listings and optimizing store performance.
- Campaign Execution – Plan and execute promotional campaigns for major sales events, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to maximize impact.
- Market Research & Analysis – Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer insights to inform pricing, product, and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing for content creation and coordinate with customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stock & Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfillment, especially during peak sales periods.
- Performance Monitoring – Track eCommerce metrics using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel.
- Experience in digital marketing tools and channel. Hands on experience with PPC, SEO and email/social media marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
