- Over 1 year of experience in Contact Centre/BPO environments with background in retail/ ecommerce added value
- Skilled in managing multi-channel operations encompassing telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Proficient in both verbal and written Cantonese & English B2
- Maintains composure under pressure, ensuring completion of every task
- Expert in multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines seamlessly
- Applies analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive success
