Administrative Assistant (Penang)
- Handle office tasks like filing, generating reports, creating presentations, and setting up for meetings.
- Use computers to transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Assist with invoicing and checking stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
- Pack completed dentures for dispatch, ensuring everything is secure and labeled correctly.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing and familiarity with office software.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual skills may be preferred or required.
