  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements:

  • At least a Degree in Architecture (Part II or Part III)
  • Minimum eight (8) years of working experience with at least five (5) years as a Architect. With strong design and management skills
  • Preferably possessing own transport
  • Good knowledge in construction , specifications and authority
  • Mature, responsible and independent
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software
  • High Integrity, self-disciplined, responsible, self-motivated and dynamic personality;
  • Good command in English (verbal & writing)Good interpersonal skills with leadership qualities and communication skills to effectively interact with client, consultants, contractors and authorities.-
  • Solid understanding on construction details and sequence of works ;
  • Well versed in UBBL, SDBA, BOMBA and other regulatory requirements;
  • Experience working in BOTH High-end High-rise Hotel & Residential projects.

Duties:-

  • To be involved in contract administration of the works.
  • To familiarize with Uniform Building By-Law, Malaysian Standard (MS) where required and any statutory requirements at site for the purpose of building construction.
  • To attend all Project Site Progress and Client Consultant meetings
  • To monitor of all Architect’s Instruction (AI) and keep records of all dates of issuance, dates of commencement and completion of the instructed works.
  • To monitor site progress, inspect, record and report status of works at every stage completion as per Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) or latest regulation (such as Schedule G and/or Schedule H of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Regulations 1989) to the Architect before the issuance of Stage Completion Certificate by the Architect to the Employee- To familiarize with any statutory safety and health acts, regulations, orders, code of practices and guidelines at project site and be thorough and proactive in its implementation.
