  • Full Set of Accounts Management: Independently handle all accounting functions for each entity, including operating trading companies and investment-focused subsidiaries.
  • Intercompany and Related-Party Transactions: Maintain and reconcile financial records for intercompany transactions, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
  • Consolidated Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, delivering consolidated reports for the entire portfolio.
  • Asset and Investment Oversight: Maintain detailed records of property, investments, and asset holdings to support broader company strategies.
  • Budgeting and Financial Forecasting: Assist in budget creation and forecasting, projecting costs and revenues in coordination with the management team.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee invoicing, payments, and collections, ensuring smooth transaction management and timely cash flow.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local and international regulations for each entity.
  • SQL-Based Software Management: Utilize SQL-based accounting systems for multi-entity transaction processing and report generation.
  • Qualifications Min. Professional certifications like ACCA or CPA are advantageous.
  • Experience: Min 3 years experience in Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong experience in multi-entity financial management, particularly in an investment holding structure, is essential.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL-based accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and cross-border accounting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Cantonese is a plus for regional coordination.
