Accounts Management:- Handle daily accounting tasks (invoicing, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable).
- Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Manage payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Track expenses, ensure budget compliance, and report variances.
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
HR Management:- Maintain employee records and ensure labor law compliance.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employment contracts.
- Administer employee benefits (medical, insurance, welfare programs).
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
- Support performance appraisals and staff development.
- Implement HR policies and address employee concerns.
- Maintain secure filing for accounting and HR records.
Payroll & Compliance:- Process payroll, including deductions, allowances, and bonuses.
- Ensure salary payments comply with EPF, SOCSO, and tax regulations.
- Adhere to all local labor and financial compliance requirements.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR management, and payroll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero), and HR systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent in English & Malay (additional languages are a plus).
