  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products & services.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of complex problems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior customer service representatives or management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints into call log.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.

• Able to work as a team.

• Proficiency in English and Malay, able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage.
