  • Assist in generating weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Assist the sales in preparation or remoting system (product activation).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Process sales orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handle internal and external call support
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision, and be a team player.
  • Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Attractive Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.30pm
