- Assist in generating weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Assist the sales in preparation or remoting system (product activation).
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Process sales orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle internal and external call support
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
- Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision, and be a team player.
- Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines.
