  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.

  • Develop, update, and communicate policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company values.

  • Involve in foreign worker management such as CLQ/ renewal of work permit/ FWCMS and etc
  • Responsible for expatriate matters including permit renewal
  • Liaising with government and local authorities such as JTK/ Immigration/ MIDA/ MITI and etc
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles in manufacturing industry
  • Preferred to have prior experience in foreign worker management
  • Possess minimum Diploma in any relevant field
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
